Our pioneering agent, Donna, is already making a significant impact in hospitals. Designed as an intelligent phone assistant, Donna handles patients’ phone calls to book appointments, answer FAQ, and even to take messages for practitioners. Launched at the beginning of 2024, Donna has been adopted by over 200 doctors, streamlining their operations and enhancing patient satisfaction.

But this is just the beginning. Applications of voice technologies are limitless. With some major milestones to come, we're gearing up to scale new heights.

About the Position

Key missions

• Lead the development and implementation of new features, aligning with Rounded's mission and customers’ requirements.
• Contribute to the project scaling. Architect the infrastructure to sustain high operational loads, ensuring consistent performance.
• Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of our existing technology stack, advancing towards a more robust and reliable architecture.
• Structure and manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adherence to high-quality standards.
• Exhibit potential for leadership, contributing to team initiatives, and aiding in the development of a collaborative and positive work environment.

The profile we are looking for

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development, are required for this position, preferably in AI or Enterprise SaaS environments.
• Knowledge and experience in scaling AI applications to meet operational demands.
• Strong software development skills. Proficiency in Python is a plus.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, and proficient use of Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for addressing technical challenges effectively.
