CAPIO "the App”provides an online marketplace where Retailers and Suppliers partner for the purposes of having the Retailer sell Supplier products "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

This information may be collected directly by us or through Shopify, Inc. and sent along to us when you install our Shopify app. We use two third parties, Stripe, Inc. and Plaid Inc., that may ask for and store your bank account and/or credit card details (referred to as "Payment Information"). If you are a Retailer or Supplier using our Service, we use your Personal Information and Payment Information in order to provide the Service. If you are the end customer of either the Retailer or Supplier using our Service (i.e. you bought a product through the Retailer), we use the Personal Information we collect from the Retailer about you to process the transaction with the Supplier.
We only retain personal information to provide our Service as described in our Terms of Service. In retaining this data, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. That said, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and cannot guarantee absolute data security.
